Steinberg Shapiro & Clark Steinberg Shapiro & Clark

HISTORY

The law firm that became Steinberg Shapiro & Clark was formed in 1994 by Mark H. Shapiro and Paul H. Steinberg. Sadly, Mr. Steinberg passed away in 2006, but his contributions to the firm and the personal lives of its members are eternal. Currently, the firm is made up of three partners – Mark H. Shapiro, Tracy M. Clark, and Geoffrey T. Pavlic.

From the beginning, the partners were determined to excel in their profession. Thus, they chose to specialize – limiting their areas of practice to bankruptcy law and related matters, including reorganizations, liquidations, workouts, debt restructuring and debtor/creditor relations.

The firm’s success is measured ultimately by the capability of its people and the results obtained for its clients. We have attracted and developed an exceptional group of lawyers and a dedicated staff. We are committed to maintaining and enhancing the resources and expertise necessary to meet our clients' needs.

Throughout the firm's history, its mission has been to provide prompt, highly competent, professional legal services to a wide variety of clients. Our constant objective is to provide the highest quality legal services while controlling costs and maintaining client attentiveness.
